FENUGREEK LEAVES - METHI LEAVES KASOORI
Fenugreek Leaves are the cherry on top when it comes to cooking a curry. The leafy green adds that something extra to any dish and provides a maple flavour and subtle bitterness.
The aromatic plant has been used as an herb and spice for years in India, Africa, and the Middle East. Both fresh and dried versions of the leaf are used to finish dishes like soups, curries, sauces, vegetable bakes, and more.
Fenugreek can also be used in Indian 5 Spice, however, sometimes goes by the name Methi Leaves.
